The Chronomat Frecce Tricolori pays tribute to the chronograph developed in 1983 for the famous Italian acrobatic patrol. It is limited to 250 copies. The Chronomat occupies an important place in the history of Breitling. By launching it in 1984, that is to say at a time when extra-flat quartz timepieces were the order of the day, Breitling dared a risky bet with a mechanical watch of impressive size. Based on the Frecce Tricolori chronograph, developed and launched in 1983 in collaboration with the famous Italian acrobatic patrol, the Chronomat celebrated in beauty the hundred years of Breitling and brought the mechanical chronograph back to its proper place. Let us remember that the brand has built all of its world renown on these absolutely sublime watches. The Chronomat is equipped with a 42mm case and the iconic bezel with 4 jumpers. Available here in stainless steel with a blue dial hosting the logo of the Italian acrobatic patrol, the Chronomat Frecce Tricolori Limited Edition is offered with the roller bracelet. It is powered by the Breitling 01 Manufacture Caliber, a COSC certified chronometer. The Chronomat Frecce Tricolori is limited to 250 copies, all bearing the engraving "ONE OF 250" on the caseback.
